The Program

The program is primarily lead by coach William Ha CSCS who earned his BS Kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach.   William is a certified strength and conditioning coach who has been in the fitness industry since 2006. Over the course of his career he has competed in numerous power lifting competitions, placing 1st in the 90kg weight class. William specializes on demonstrating correct, efficient and injury preventative movement patterns utilizing a host of specific barbell movements and specialized strength training equipment. These programs are paired with conditioning exercises to optimize body composition and increase fat loss, while increasing overall endurance and cardiovascular function

  Classes & Schedule Fees

25% Open Gym Discount to Active/Veteran Military

  • One day drop in fee $10 per person access to facility during open hours.

  • Monday-Friday 5am-7am, 3pm-8pm

  • Sat 6am-1pm

  • Sunday- 8am-12pm

Gym only membership

per month ($50)

  • Full access to facility during open hours.  

  • Full use of specialty bars and equipment.    

Open Gym Hours

  • Full access of gym.   

  • Unlimited classes

    • Full access to any available class schedule.  No limit to amount of classes.

  • Classes will have emphasis on total body day, push and pull day, strength specific day.   

  • Classes will focus on proper lifting technique and strength and conditioning.  

8 Classes ($120)

  • 2 classes per week.  

  • Push day

    • Emphasis on pushing movement working big muscle groups (Leg, Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)

  • Pull Day

    • Emphasis on pulling movements ( Hamstrings, Back, Biceps).  

  • Classes will focus on proper lifting technique to improve efficiency in movement.

  • Classes will focus on progressive strength goals and cardiovascular.  

Unlimited Classes ($160)

  • 50 min stretch program

  • Active recovery to help restore full function

  • Eliminate back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain

Personal Training ($60)

  • 50 min one on one training.

  • Specialized individual program.  

  • Focus on personal and specific goals.  

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Daily workout routine provided

Mobility & Recovery ($60)
